Employment

Groundwork helps people who are unemployed to develop their skills and experience by working on regeneration projects in their own neighbourhoods. Groundwork Wakefield operates two employment programmes targeted at the long term unemployed across the region.

Community Pride (formerly ILM)
This programme is aimed at providing accredited and experiential hard and soft landscaping skills in a waged position.

Homebuilder
The Homebuilder programme provides construction training skills through a partnership of training organisations across the region.
